What's happening with US tariffs?
Tariffs will now have to be paid by all US customers, however we have included these in the costs of our products so you can see exactly how much you'll have to pay, and won't be charged anything extra on delivery.
Unfortunately the tariffs were brought in so suddenly that our usual carrier has had to temporarily suspend their service to the USA while they set up a system to handle the new requirements. The result of this has been a significant increase in postage costs for larger items (posters, snapbacks, notebooks) going to the US. As soon as the new system is in place we will be able to return to our usual carrier and bring our shipping costs back down. Smaller items (pins, coins, stickers) are unaffected.

Do you ship to my country?
We will ship to anywhere we are able to, however occassionally postal services to certain countries are suspended in which case you will not be able to place an order from that country.

Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes! The site will convert your payment from your local currency, so you don't have to do anything different.

How long will my order take to get here?
That depends on where you are. UK orders are usually there within a week. Packages going overseas take on average 3-4 weeks. Please allow extra time around Christmas as the postal service is under a lot of strain at that time of year.

What if my order hasn’t arrived in this time?

These are average times, so your order may still be on its way. However if it does get lost in the post, we will send you a replacement. 

If an order has not arrived within 15 working days for UK orders or 30 working days for international orders we can claim it as lost in the post. We have to wait at least this long before sending out any replacements, so we can claim the compensation on the original package.

My order has arrived but there is a problem!
If you find something is missing or damaged in your order, let us know here. Again, remember to include your order number in the message.

Can Toby sign my merchandise?
Unfortunately Toby does not live close enough to sign the merch sent out from the store, however if you're able to track him down at a live event he'll be happy to sign anything!

Does my order include VAT?
If you live in the UK, yes - our prices are shown including 20% VAT. 
If you live outside of the UK, there is no UK VAT charged on your order, however it is possible you will need to pay VAT in your own country when you receive your order.
